Artemis Croussouloudis has extensive experience in civil litigation, concentrating in real estate litigation, transactional work, and entertainment law. 

Artemis has represented real estate developers and owners in actions involving major New York City properties, as well as co-op Boards, management companies, and contractors in complex real estate litigation.   She has handled a wide variety of landlord/tenant controversies involving commercial and residential lease disputes including declaratory judgment actions, Yellowstone injunctions and ejectment actions.  Artemis has substantial experience handling real estate closings, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, loan documentation and handling the refinancing of co-operative buildings.

Artemis has represented clients in estate matters, foreclosures, corporate and partnership dissolutions and collection matters.  Artemis also has experience in entertainment law, representing record companies and recording artists in copyright infringement and royalty disputes.
