Michael B. Kramer is the founder of Michael B. Kramer & Associates. He has over 40 years of transactional and litigation experience throughout the world in the music and film business, the New York real estate industry, and Trusts and Estates. His entertainment clients have included legendary artists such as The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and major record labels. Michael was also awarded a Grammy Certificate for his work on Sam Cooke - Legend in 2003.
In addition, Michael has been involved in all aspects of the New York real estate industry. He has represented over 100 cooperatives and condominiums, along with some of the City's largest owners and management companies such as The Olnick Organization, Maxwell-Kates, Mautner-Glick and Wallack Management.
Michael has been honored by Super Lawyers as one of the top New York Entertainment & Sports attorneys each year since 2015.
Michael attended Rensselear Polytechnic Institue where he received a B.S. in Materials Engineering and received his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
